Consumer Activation Manager Post Date: 07 May 09

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Development of business Channel Strategy for On Premise segments and
implement channel activations integrated with Marketing campaign and
business growth requirements, as well as monitor implementation within
given timeframe

Consumer Activation & Brand Experience

1. To initiate and execute consumer activation & sponsorship
programs by each segment in On Premise channels (Horeca & Proximity)
2. To initiate and develop consumer activation guidelines for On
Premise channels within business guidelines
3. To work closely with Sales/ Key Account team on strategy
development & implementation of Picture of Success, measure
performance and monitor executions in the given timeline

Strategy & Planning

1. To assist Manager in developing annual Channel Marketing plan & calendar
2. Assisting Manager to develop Quarterly plan & evaluation
including budget allocation and QTY of units by Area

Administration

1. To assist in monitoring Budget spending by channel
2. To assess and report consumer activation and the impact to business

Finance

1. To recommend estimated Budget for every project based on given
time and allocation of resources
2. To assess suppliers of choice and provide recommendation based
on deliverable criteria (Quality, price and timeline)

Strong in negotiation with Suppliers/ agencies, and ability to
assess from different area of service package

Good knowledge on commercial systems and company's policies

High sense of ownership for own area of responsibility

Bahasa native, English fair, both written and spoken

Experience & Skills:

3+ years experience in sales/marketing, regional sales field related
with On Premise channel, within a multinational FMCG company.

Solid hands on experience on Brand and consumer activation

Specific requirements:

Business Degree. Business (Marketing/ Economic preferred) preferred.

Computer literate : Basic - Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word.

Experience in Free Hand/ MAC will be an advantage.
