A. PERSYARATAN PENDAFTARAN
I. Persyaratan Umum :
1. Warga Negara Indonesia yang bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, setia dan taat kepada Pancasila dan UUD 1945.
2. Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian.
3. Memiliki Kartu Pencari Kerja (Kartu Kuning) yang dikeluarkan oleh Dinas Transmigrasi dan Tenaga Kerja.
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh unit organisasi Badan Pertanahan Nasional R.I. di seluruh wilayah Republik Indonesia yang dinyatakan dengan Surat Pernyataan yang ditandatangani di atas materei Rp 6.000,-.
5. Berkeadaan sehat, dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani yang dibuat oleh Dokter Rumah Sakit Pemerintah.
6. Tidak mengkonsumsi/menggunakan narkotika, dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Tidak Mengkonsumsi/Menggunakan Narkotika, Psikotropika, Prekursor dan zat adiktif lainnya dari unit pelayanan kesehatan pemerintah.
7. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan tidak hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Anggota TNI/POLRI maupun pegawai swasta yang dinyatakan dengan Surat Pernyataan yang ditandatangani di atas materei Rp 6.000,-.
8. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan tidak sedang terikat perjanjian atau kontrak kerja dengan instansi lain yang dinyatakan dengan Surat Pernyataan yang ditandatangani di atas materei Rp 6.000,-.

a. Minimal pada tanggal 1 September 2009 telah berusia 18 tahun untuk semua tingkat pendidikan (yang lahir sebelum 1991)
b. Maksimal pada tanggal 1 September 2009 :
1) Sarjana : 28 tahun (yang lahir setelah 1 September 1981)
2) Diploma III : 25 tahun (yang lahir setelah 1 September 1984)
3) Diploma I : 35 tahun (yang lahir setelah 1 September 1974)
B. PENDAFTARAN
1. Pendaftaran secara online dibuka mulai hari Senin tanggal 14 September 2009 sampai dengan hari Senin tanggal 5 Oktober 2009.
2. Pendaftaran dilakukan melalui website Badan Pertanahan Nasional R.I. di http://cpns.bpn.go.id.
3. Bagi Pelamar yang telah melakukan pendaftaran dan oleh sistem dinyatakan memenuhi syarat akan diberikan nomor berkas yang harus dicetak. Berkas tersebut untuk selanjutnya dikirimkan bersama persyaratan lain yang ditentukan.
4. Kelengkapan berkas dapat dikirimkan mulai tanggal 14 September 2009 dan paling lambat diterima Panitia tanggal 5 Oktober 2009 pukul 16.00 WIB.
5. Kelengkapan berkas dikirim melalui Pos atau Jasa Pengiriman yang dialamatkan kepada:

6. Berkas yang harus dilengkapi meliputi :
a. Surat lamaran yang ditandatangani di atas materei Rp 6.000,- yang ditujukan kepada Panitia Penyaringan CPNS sebagaimana tersebut di atas.
b. Hasil cetak Nomor Berkas yang diperoleh pada saat pendaftaran secara online dan ditandatangani.
c. Pas foto terbaru ukuran 3×4 cm (hitam putih) sebanyak 2 lembar (cantumkan nama di belakang foto).
d. Foto kopi Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) yang masih berlaku.
e. Foto kopi ijazah berikut transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir oleh :
- Universitas/Institut : Rektor/Dekan/Pembantu Dekan I Bidang Akademik
- Sekolah Tinggi : Ketua/Pembantu Ketua Bidang Akademik
- Akademi : Direktur/Pembantu Direktur Bidang Akademik
(urutan ini berlaku untuk penyusunan berkas pada map lamaran)
7. Surat lamaran beserta berkas lampirannya disusun rapi sesuai urutan dalam map dan dimasukkan dalam amplop coklat dengan dituliskan kata "LAMARAN" pada pojok kanan atas, dengan warna map sebagai berikut :
a. Warna Merah untuk Diploma I (D I)
b. Warna Kuning untuk Diploma III (D III)
c. Warna Hijau untuk Sarjana (S1)
8. Alamat tempat tinggal tetap (alamat surat) agar ditulis jelas dan lengkap pada bagian belakang amplop karena akan dijadikan dasar pertimbangan Panitia dalam menetapkan tempat ujian/seleksi peserta dan kepentingan surat menyurat untuk proses seleksi selanjutnya.
9. Panitia tidak menerima serta tidak akan memproses lamaran yang diantar langsung ke Kantor Pusat Badan Pertanahan Nasional R.I.
10. Berkas lamaran yang tidak lengkap atau tidak disertai nomor berkas lamaran dinyatakan tidak memenuhi syarat.
11. Bagi pelamar yang pada saat seleksi terakhir/pemberkasan diketahui telah memberikan/mengisi data yang tidak benar pada saat mendaftar, Panitia berhak membatalkan keikutsertaannya dalam seleksi penerimaan CPNS Badan Pertanahan Nasional R.I., dan kepada yang bersangkutan dapat dituntut di muka pengadilan.
12. Berkas lamaran yang diterima Panitia menjadi milik Panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh pelamar.
C. PENGUMUMAN HASIL SELEKSI ADMINISTRASI
1. Hanya pelamar yang memenuhi syarat administrasi yang akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti ujian tertulis.
2. Nama calon peserta ujian yang memenuhi syarat administrasi dan lokasi ujian akan diumumkan kemudian melalui website Badan Pertanahan Nasional R.I. dengan alamat http://www.bpn.go.id dan Papan Pengumuman pada Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi serta Badan Pertanahan Nasional R.I., Jl. Sisingamangaraja No. 2 Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan.
3. Pengumuman melalui website dan Papan Pengumuman dapat dianggap sebagai surat panggilan ujian.
4. Tanda peserta ujian tertulis diambil sendiri oleh calon peserta di tempat ujian dengan menunjukkan kartu identitas diri, waktu dan tempat ditentukan kemudian.
D. PELAKSANAAN UJIAN/SELEKSI

Departemen Kehutanan membuka kesempatan kepada para lulusan Sekolah Kehutanan Menengah Atas (SKMA), SMK Kehutanan, SMK Surveyor dan Perpetaan, Diploma III, Sarjana (S1) dan Dokter Umum untuk diangkat menjadi calon tenaga fungsional serta tenaga teknis lainnya dengan kualifikasi sebagai

I. JABATAN LOWONG
Pelamar melamar jabatan yang lowong dengan menuliskan kode jabatan pada formulir pendaftaran sesuai dengan kualifikasi pendidikan yang dimiliki. Pelamar berhak untuk memilih maksimal 2 (dua) jabatan lowong. Pilihan jabatan tidak bersifat mutlak, panitia berhak menentukan pelamar yang lolos seleksi dengan jabatan di luar jabatan pilihan pelamar. Nama jabatan lowong, kode jabatan, persyaratan
jabatan dan uraian tugas masing-masing jabatan jabatan terlampir.
II. PERSYARATAN UMUM
a). Warga Negara Indonesia yang bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, setia dan taat kepada Pancasila, UUD 1945, dan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
b). Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap.
c). Tidak dalam kedudukan sebagai pengurus/anggota partai politik.
d). Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/Anggota TNI/Polri maupun sebagai pegawai swasta.
e). Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS dan tidak sedang terikat perjanjian/kontrak kerja dengan instansi lain.
f). Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
g). Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia atau negara lain yang ditentukan oleh Pemerintah.
III.PERSYARATAN KHUSUS
1. Usia
a). Usia minimal 18 tahun (lahir tanggal 1 Desember 1991 atau sebelumnya).
b). Untuk Sekolah Kehutanan Menengah Atas (SKMA), SMK Kehutanan dan SMK Surveyor dan Perpetaan berusia maksimal 25 tahun (lahir tanggal 1 Januari 1985 atau sesudahnya)
c). Untuk Diploma III (DIII) berusia maksimal 26 tahun (lahir tanggal 1 Januari 1984 atau sesudahnya).
d). Untuk Sarjana (S1) berusia maksimal 30 tahun (lahir tanggal 1 Januari 1980 atau sesudahnya).
e). Untuk Dokter Umum berusia maksimal 32 tahun (lahir tanggal 1 Januari 1978 atau sesudahnya).
2. Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK)
a). Untuk Diploma III (DIII) minimal 2,50 skala 4 dengan program studi terakreditasi A, B, atau C.
b). Untuk Sarjana (S1) minimal 2,75 skala 4 dengan program studi terakreditasi A, B, atau C.
c). Untuk Dokter Umum minimal 3,00 skala 4 dengan program studi terakreditasi A, B, atau C
IV. PENDAFTARAN DAN PENYAMPAIAN BERKAS
a). Berkas pendaftaran harus sudah diterima panitia selambat-lambatnya tanggal 30 September 2009

Panitia hanya menerima berkas lamaran yang disampaikan melalui PO BOX tersebut di atas dan tidak menerima format penyampaian lamaran lainnya termasuk diantar langsung ke Departemen Kehutanan.
b). Berkas lamaran dengan lampiran-lampirannya disusun sebagai berikut :
- Formulir pendaftaran yang telah diisi lengkap, formulir dapat di download di website Departemen Kehutanan di www.dephut.go.id atau www.ropeg.dephut.go.id;
- Surat lamaran ditulis tangan sendiri dengan tinta warna hitam di atas kertas folio bergaris dengan huruf latin dengan mencantumkan biodata antara lain nama, tempat/tanggal lahir, status (nikah / belum nikah/janda/duda), alamat jelas yang mudah dihubungi dan nomor telepon/HP dan ditujukan kepada Menteri Kehutanan cq. Kepala Biro Kepegawaian;
- Fotocopy ijazah dan transkip nilai yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang, sebanyak 1 (satu) lembar, Surat Keterangan Lulus/Ijazah Sementara tidak diterima;
- Fotocopy sertifikat akreditasi program studi, sebanyak 1 (satu) lembar;
- Surat Pernyataan bermaterai Rp 6.000,- sanggup memenuhi persyaratan (umum dan khusus) dan ketentuan pelaksanaan Penerimaan CPNS Departemen Kehutanan Formasi Tahun 2009, sebanyak 1 (satu) lembar, format surat dapat di download di website Departemen Kehutanan di www.dephut.go.id atau www.ropeg.dephut.go.id;
- Pasfoto terbaru berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 cm berlatar belakang merah, sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar;
1 (satu) lembar foto ditempel di formulir pendaftaran dan 1 (satu) lembar lainnya ditulisi nama pelamar di bagian belakang foto;
- Fotocopy sertifikat TOEFL skor minimal 450 bila ada.
- Fotocopy bukti pengalaman kerja/kursus yang sesuai dengan jabatan yang dipilih bila ada.
- Fotocopy hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan umum yang telah dilegalisir dari dokter/klinik yang meliputi : tinggi dan berat badan, mata, gigi, fungsi motorik, pendengaran dan tekanan darah
(khusus untuk pelamar jabatan Polisi Kehutanan (Polhut), baik pilihan 1 atau 2).
c). Lamaran beserta lampiran tersebut pada butir (b) disusun rapi sesuai urutan di dalam map plastik jepit berlubang (snelhecter) dengan warna :
- Hijau untuk SKMA, SMK Kehutanan, dan SMK Surveyor dan Perpetaan,
- Kuning untuk Diploma III (DIII),
- Biru untuk Sarjana (S1),
- Merah untuk Dokter Umum.
d). Map lamaran dimasukkan ke dalam amplop warna coklat dan ditulis pada pojok kiri atas kode kualifikasi pendidikan.
e). Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi syarat tidak akan diproses.
f). Berkas lamaran yang diterima panitia menjadi milik panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh pelamar.
V. TAHAPAN DAN JADWAL SELEKSI
Seleksi Pengadaan CPNS Departemen Kehutanan Formasi Tahun 2009 dilakukan dengan tahapantahapan sebagai berikut :
1. Seleksi Administratif
Panitia akan memberlakukan sistem ranking berdasarkan pertimbangan nilai IPK, akreditasi program studi, umur dan pengalaman kerja untuk menentukan jumlah peserta ujian tertulis apabila jumlah pelamar melebihi jumlah peserta ujian yang ditentukan. Pengumuman peserta yang lolos seleksi administrasi dan berhak untuk mengikuti tahapan seleksi berikutnya akan diumumkan pada akhir Oktober 2009.
2. Peserta yang dinyatakan lolos seleksi administrasi wajib mengikuti ujian tertulis yang waktunya akan disampaikan lebih lanjut.
3. Seleksi dilakukan dengan sistem gugur dan keputusan panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
VI. LAIN-LAIN
1. Panitia TIDAK MEMUNGUT BIAYA APAPUN dari peserta.
2. Departemen Kehutanan tidak bertanggung jawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan Departemen Kehutanan atau panitia, sehingga pelamar diharapkan tidak melayani tawaran-tawaran untuk mempermudah penerimaan sebagai CPNS Departemen Kehutanan.
3. Pelamar yang telah dinyatakan lulus wajib menyerahkan ijazah asli sebagai jaminan dan akan diserahkan kembali setelah 2 (dua) tahun masa kerja.
4. Pelamar yang telah dinyatakan lulus namun mengundurkan diri, diwajibkan mengganti biaya yang telah dikeluarkan panitia sebesar Rp 15.000.000,00 (lima belas juta rupiah) dan tidak akan diterima sebagai CPNS Departemen Kehutanan pada pengadaan pegawai baru tahun-tahun berikutnya.
5. Setelah diangkat CPNS tidak boleh meminta pindah selama 5 (lima) tahun.
6. Lamaran yang dikirimkan kepada Departemen Kehutanan sebelum pengumuman ini dianggap tidak berlaku.
7. Informasi resmi yang terkait dengan seleksi CPNS Departemen Kehutanan Formasi Tahun 2009 hanya dapat dilihat melalui website Departemen Kehutanan di www.dephut.go.id atau www.ropeg.dephut.go.id. Oleh karena itu para pelamar disarankan untuk terus memantaunya.
