PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT (PS)
PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT (PS)-Bandung Post Date: 22 May 09
Responsibilities:
· Implement effective corporate HR programs, including recruitment,
selection, performance management, compensation and benefits
management, staff relation, development & training , and compliance
· Assist the HR team in formulating, deploying as well as reviewing
human resources policies and procedures;
· Provide human resources support to other departments
· Prepare training plan (internal & external) for all employee
base on requirements
· Conduct training need analysis to determine the needs of
company and employees on particular
· Propose new learning & development interventions to achieve
company business objectives
· Bridge the communication link between employees and the organization;
Requirements:
· Male/female age between 30-40 years old
· Must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with
minimum GPA 3,00
· Minimum 2 years experience in the same position. Fresh
graduates ARE NOT welcome to apply
· In depth knowledge and experience in using various psychology
assessment tools (administering, scoring, interpreting) and
recruitment sourcing method.
· Possess excellent communication skills, follow through actions
and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work
under pressure
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead
· Has the ability to work effectively with the team and a wide
range of diverse people
· Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer
application literacy is a must
. Domicile in Bandung or Jakarta area.
