Business Unit Manager – Medical Devices & Diagnost Post Date: 06 May 09

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Unit Manager is responsible to the Vice President –
Sales. He/she leads a team composed of Sales Manager, Customer Support
Manager, Marketing Support Manager. He ensures that the teams under
his/her leadership performs to the level expected of them by the
company.

Male/female

Bachelor/Master Degree
*
Having experience in the same position minimum 3 years
*
Age: less than 40
*
Well experienced in Pharmacy or Medical Devices, Diagnostics industries
*
Must be result-oriented with strong customer focus and drive for results
*
Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, general management and
be able to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
*
Possess a flexible approach both from a work and decision-making
perspective
*
Must have excellent follow-up, coaching, counseling, consulting,
oral/written communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
*
Must be proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Word,
Excel, Access and Power Point
*
Knowledge of SAP Module is preferable
*
Fluent in written and spoken English
