RECRUITMENT OFFICER (HR-REC)
Responsibility:
The successful applicants will report to the Recruitment and Career
Management Unit Head and responsible to fulfill the man power request
through recruitment process. The job holder is also expected to
provide support and advice on the best recruitment & selection
practice in implementing recruitment strategy to attract and retain
qualified candidates, facilitate hiring process and placement of
qualified applicants. In addition to these, you will contribute for
any project in Recruitment & Career Management Unit.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology from reputable university would be
the minimum requirement. It will be an added advantage if you exhibit
experience in recruitment process with good interviewing and
negotiation skills. Fresh graduate with part time experience in
interviewing or selection process allowed to apply. You are also
likely to demonstrate a strong willingness to work collaboratively
across business Units/Departments and have good communication skills,
both in English and Bahasa.
