Agency Training Senior Manager

Responsibility:

To implement a specialized training program for employees to
become agent leaders.
*
To partner with Regional Agency Director to track performance of agents.
*
To undertake any other ad-hoc training programs required by the
department.

Requirements:

*
Min. bachelor degree in any field
*
Possesses minimum 5 years in the insurance industry
*
Has adequate experience in insurance sales training and agency
development.
*
Possess in some skills: agency sales and training skills,
leadership development skills, and follow up skills
*
Strong adaptability, customer focus, planning and organizing.
