Proactively maintain system integrity supporting change management, system backup and disaster recovery, problem management, peripheral connectivity and release distribution.Evaluate, install and configure system administration support tools and third-party application software. Write shell scripts to automate various system administration tasks.Document software and system configuration.Provide system hardware/software consulting for client/server environment   Skills:Around 4-5 yrs of relevant experience in Windows Administration.Windows NT/2K, Win2003, MS Exchange Server, HP Intel Servers,Compliance and Remediation tool, McAfee's HerculesMicrosoft Windows Patching tool VMware Remote Console, Virtual Centre -- MasteredBachelor's DegreeWindows NT/2K, Win2003, LDAP, ExchangeActive Directory support, DNS, server hardware, firmware/BIOS, Windows Clusters.Backups through veritas on windows platforms and backups through NT. Patch ManagementGood Communication, analytical, interpersonal and Team Management skills.Should have Good attitude and People handling /coordination Skills/Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in handling Enterprise wide Windows Server (cluster / load balanced)Knowledge of DNS and DHCP and networking protocols such as TCP/IPStrong troubleshooting and application integration skillsShould have sound knowledge of Windows Domain architecture, Active Directory network infrastructure including LAN/WAN concepts and detailed information on the security concepts of the domain.Should have hands on experience in patch management, Deployment, Monitoring, Administration & Upgrades.   This position is on 15 months contract further renewable based on performance.
