Candidate must be possess at least a bachelor degree from law

Having 5 years experience as Corporate Legal Manager in holding company
*
Experiences and sound knowledge in corporate law and all respective laws
*
Assist upper management in providing legal advice, counsel and
handling litigation, non litigation and other legal matters involving
companies
*
Draft, review or revises various legal company document
*
Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy, detail
oriented, strong critical thinking and analytical thinking
