Responsibilities:

Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including
staffing, employee relations, welfare administration, and performance
management.
*
Involve in review of HR policies and procedures, and employee
communications to ensure relevance and SOX compliance.

Education Requirement:

*
Degree in English Language Program.

Requirements:

*
Female.
*
At least 3–5 years relevant experience preferably in
manufacturing environment.
*
Knowledge of industry best practices, Indonesia labor law and regulations.
*
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.
*
Proficient in MS office application.
*
Willing to travel.
