Job Description

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the company with full P&L
responsibility.
* Responsible for the sales budget and forecast, financial budget
control, distribution network evaluation, products and logistics
management as well as staff morale and development.
* Foster teamwork with all departments such as product design,
marketing and merchandizing to achieve business targets.
* Establish and execute shop management procedures, incentive
plans and product promotional plans.
* Achieve company targets based on the budget agreed.
* Create brands building strategies and programs.
* Formulate strategies to optimize market potential through
products mix, marketing mix, inventory control, point of sales
management, sales channels and retail network development.

Job Requirement
o University graduate in related discipline.
o Minimum 10 years of experience in overall retail
operations management.
o Able to work independently with impeccable integrity.
o Must be well experienced in the integration of trading,
manufacturing, distribution and retail business.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Good command of spoken and written English
o Must be a leader as well as an outstanding team player.
