Admin Staff
Responsibilities
1. Directly report to Indonesia Admin Executive
2. Delivery of commercial invoice
3. executing day to day collections activities
4. Supporting the issuance & traffic of local documentation support (eg: WT Certificates)
Requirements
1. Degree in Accounting/ Finance from a reputable university
2. Posses min. 1 hand-on year experience in invoicing, collections and financial documentations
3. Good interpersonal skill, target oriented, ability to work under minimum supervision
4. Written & spoken English
5. Computer literate, good command in excel and computerized accounting system
